My Step daughter came down with her Dad to our home, she said dad has something to ask you, What's up I said, with a look on his face he said I have just filled up with Derv instead of Petrol, I never Mock someone that's made a mistake, we went up to tow the car back to our home, 4 hrs later the car was tried on a local run & job was completed, what do I owe you he said, with £12 of fuel I asked him for £40, he was over the moon, has it happened to you? & what did it cost you, Brandy time folks, have a good night. It must be a pretty old car because with modern cars you can't get a diesel nozzle into the filler.

I am somewhat ashamed to say that I have done this twice in the past !

Its next to impossible now, with my new Fiesta, but I have every sympathy with anyone who makes this very easy mistake. The last time it happened to me, it cost me £150 in total to fix.
