"ted And Ralph"

Who remembers the above from 1990s BBC "The Fast Show"?
I remember some time ago catching a film length presentation based on the short sketches featuring both of the main protagonists played by Charlie Higson (Ralph) and Paul Whitehouse (Ted).
I was expecting variations on a theme but was pleasantly surprised by what I saw; a brilliantly sketched small story reminiscent of Kind Hearts And Coronets, both funny and sensitive in parts.
My question is this: does anyone know where I can get a copy other than E-bay where the DVD seems to be a rarity and prices are high.
Reminiscences and comment welcome :-)
TIA

I adored Ralph and Ted - both Mr Higson and Mr Whithouse's finest character acting.
The essence of all great comedy is a character or characters trapped in their situation - Hancock / Fawlty / Meldrew/ Steptoes, and so on, and also the wafer-thin line between comedy and tragedy and R & T managed to tick all the boxes. It was so subtle, with pathos and humanity - just wonderful work in a wonderful series.
