Theoretically, maybe. In practice the term is now only used to refer to either one of two specially-equipped aircraft:

I doubt it. If Trump were to become President. I would imagine he would be compelled to fly in the 'official' AirForce1.
The official aircraft is painted with special paint for security reasons, as are his helos,. Also equipped with measures for missile avoidance plus all the electric gadgets and 'the button'. Passenger capability and fuel endurance would have to be another consideration.
I think he would have to put his personal toy in mothballs for 4 years if he lasted that long :-)_

The point I am making is that the varied aircraft of the Presidential air fleet are all kitted out with a host of protection measures. Even the paintwork looks nice but contains certain anti-missile measures. I have personal knowledge of a near international incident when a funny sticker was put on a presidential helicopter on the lawns of Winfield House, Regents Park, during a Presidential visit to the UK.!!! The helicopter was grounded as far as use by the President.
His secret service advisors would be too paranoid to let their charge swan around the sky in an unprotected (his own) aircraft even if not on official business.
