...tonight, along with beetroot, quinoa and something else burgers, no buns, and roasted peppers and onions. Probably a lovely ripe nectarine and some strawbs for pud.
What are you having?
Due to the hot weather we've stuffed ourselves with BBQ to the point I was asked nicely to make a Shepard's pie tonight so that's what we've had, sitting out in the garden washed down with a nice own brand rioja from Sainsburty's which was nice. Tomorrow I'm going to collect some pink gooseberries from the veggie garden and make a crumble.
Mmmm, all sounds lovely.
I actually fancied an m&s gastro pub shepherds pie which is sitting in the freezer but himself wanted the burgery things.
Pasta, they're actually called cheese and Spring onion crisp bakes, two in a box in the freezer section. I like to keep a number of this type of veggie thing in as I find them an easy, tasty option when I'm feeling lazy...which has been a lot lately! We're not vegetarian but just enjoy them for a change. Ask away :)
I`m going somewhere very exciting ethandron. I joined Ancestry a week ago and made contact with someone in New York who had put our family tree up. I just happen to be going to New York tomorrow so we are going out to dinner and I am just sifting through all of the old photos of who I think is in his branch of the family so that I can take them with me. He`s really looking forward to it and so am I. I just hope I`m not too knackered though.
Oh wow, that really is exciting :)
I like that you 'just happen to be going to new york' whereas myself, I just happen to be cleaning the loos tomorrow! I hope it all works out for you and you have a really great visit.
You're welcome SJ, I really do hope you enjoy meeting this person, I seem to remember you've had a difficult time after losing your mum. Maybe this will help, hope so x
