Hi All

Am getting married in 5 weeks and 1 day(!!). Its a registry office but they have asked us for some music to enter the room, sign and I suppose leave too. Help!! I would like something modern but with a traditional feel too.

Any ideas?

how about "help" by the beatles. lol

just kidding , how about beautiful day by u2.

many congratulations and all the best for the future.:)

My sister had "Cavatina" played. It was really "beautiful"
I had Pachelbels Canon which is lovely. My friends had the music from World In Union (from Holst's Planet Suite). That was nice aswell
How about Because you Loved Me... Celine Dion.....soppy old trout aren't I lol
I had Minnie Riperton's classic love song "Loving you" playing the background. The ambience of the building really carries not only the words but the birds singing in the background and the subtle but beautiful tones.
The Animals --- I Gotta Get Out Of This Place
Might have said 'When A Man Loves A Woman' by Percy Sledge (which has the chords from Pachelbel's Canon, I think), but the lyrics might not be quite right.
How about 'Let's Stick Together' by Roxy Music?
Oops. Forgot about the "consider our child" bit.
Guess "Loving You" by Minnie Ripperton might be a good choice.

hell or waters high by judie tzuke

Come Hell or Waters High
I know it's you and I
Just as the earth need the skies
I need you

And if I feel alone
I know your heart's my home
And whe I die
It will be loving you

And it's easy to say
I'll never pass a day
That won't have you in mind
And if your love should fall away
And you feel that you just can't stay
Then I'll love you-
I'll love you wherever you are

Come Hell or Waters High
I know it's you and I
Just as the earth need the skies
I need you

"She" by Burt Bacarach (crap spelling)
