Openbox V8S - Changed Broadband Provider, Now Won't Connect To Internet.

I recently bought the above box. It came with a warranty, but I've recently changed broadband supplier, now I can't get it to connect to with the new router even though it goes directly to it via an Ethernet cable. I've turned off the firewall on the router, but still can't get it to work. When I put the old router in, it works fine. Any ideas?
