Lost Mobile Phone
7 Answers
Grandson has lost his IPhone, thinks he left it in a taxi. It is still switched on as I have rung it and left him a message (before I knew of course). He does not have a tracker on it that I know of. Is there any other way of locating it? Any advice greatfully received.

Grandson tracked the phone last night via his laptop and it was on a street about eight miles from where he works or lives. I rang it again this morning but still no answer. Don't know what grandson is doing to locate it/get it back. Does anyone know how exact the trackers are because I would drive down and try to find it although it may be difficult to knock on someones door and accuse the of having a phone that is not theirs. It may have been dumped on a grass verge. Grandson at work so unable to talk to him and his girlfriend makes Bez look like Einstein so I've given up on her.
Thanks for that link but I do not know anything about apps as I have a basic nokia phone which is enough for me as it is only used in emergencies and holiday times. My account shows that I used it for three minutes last month. I am just going to leave it up to him. Fed up of chasing around after him. Like all kids he is only in touch when he needs something.Maybe if he has to pay out a few hundred for a new phone he might take more care of it. Gets things too easily. If I've not heard anything by tonight I will just cancel the contract as I pay it for him.
