How come dot hawkes and ward minter are greenies again? What are the posts on about saying people are/were being mean and what on earth was the post on about multiple aliases(zeus apparently has loads!!)

What is going on??

It's hardly shocking news. I don't log on at weekends so missed everything. But this sort of thing has been going on for ages. There are a handful of people who insist on having aliases or pretending to be somebody they're not. I have my suspicions about a couple of people on here already. It never really affects me though. I've been singled out once and they soon got bored!

dot overposted - a technical glitch, I think, it happened once to me, the system repeats a post several times then bans you for spamming, highly irregular. I suspect WM was formally banned and had to return via a completely different username so nobody would guess who he was. Couldn't tell you about the rest. How's the AB-stinence going?

Hi Champagne - I dont log on at the weekends either but its getting a bit silly now.By the way,I'll be a greenie later on today or tomorrow as im changing my name(think my teenage son has discovered sight and don't particularly want him to read some of my posts!! But you will know its me instantly!!

i wasnt on at weekend but i expect the usual antics and silly things were happening. I noticed the russian has been whining about me again too. lol

jno - hi hun.Ward Minter's name is exactly the same as far as i can see - just a greenie so im not sure about that one.

ABstinence - very funny!! Well I could lie and say Ive been a total angel but that would be a fib.Actually it as quite funny - I was very good till sat eve and we went out to dinner.So I had a couple of glasses of white wine,was fine but I woke up on sun morn - well.you'd have thought I'd have been to an all night rave! My head was absolutely pounding and I felt dreadful for hours!! Quite put me off!! lol

grrr i get so fed up of those people, like what they have to say is so interesting and important, they aren't subject to the rules. I just find it utterly tedious to log on here and find 6 posts from zeus, bobntheturkey or others, just having a rant. Every post is taken over by the same people commenting in what they think is a witty way, and i just get fed up with it! I would hope this is an inclusive site, so why do i see chatty/moany/ranty posts from the same old same old all of the time?

redcrx - yes the weather was fantastic - supposed to be good today but quite cloudy at the mo.Spent the day in the garden on saturday and then in the eve popeed to Wells for dinner.

kazza - I know exactly what you mean.Its got to the point that If I want to post a serious question I dont even consider doind it in the evenings as I know it will not get answered - I wait till the morning.Im all for a laugh,but when you get post after post talking utter nonsense it gets a bit daft.

kazzianne, glad to see your body has decided to pitch in to encourage you to stay dry! The odd glass won't hurt - you don't sound like a true alcoholic, so this isn't a matter of life and death, just a quest for moderation, right?

Actually they were not aliases. I emailed Mrs Ed a month ago to cancel my a/c as Zeus. And set up diff names one after another, not side by side to be inconito on Ab, but people kept guessing my names so i wud cancel the new name, setting up another.

My Zeus a/c wud seem still not to have been cancelled by Ed.

It was not my intention to cause harm to other ABers like some people do with side by side aliases. Although one name I did admit to setting up to have a go at one person in particular , beacause she was bullying other people on here.

Thats me signing off.i emailed Mrs Ed last nite again to remind her to cancel Zeus.
