Anyone heard of horrendous hold ups on A16 from Calais to Belgium. We are off to Germany tomorrow via Belgium.
Daughter rang today, they are en route to Croatia. On the A16 not far from a small town called Moeres there were massive hold ups approaching an island.
They were made to go around the island going in the opposite direction they wanted, where eventually they were questioned by police and had their car searched.
We have searched on the Internet and can't find anything relating to this.
I know we have some very helpful people on here, so could someone please help.

Anyone know why all those roads are closed?

I'm not travelling, but curious to know the answer...if there is one.

When I followed Zacs instructions it says road works.
