no I think it is more likely that 3T doesnt have a clue how the criminal law system works
the crown has to show something beyond reasonable doubt ( so one is sure...) Here it is a civil case decided on balance of probability and quite properly should NOT be published as a jury has to be sure and not just reasonably certain

Not sure if you are posting about the case, which was discussed at lengh on AB at the time, or the reporting restrictions that prevent facts from the case being made public.
The restrictions were said to be to prevent the identity of the sibling to Ellie being identified. But it had the effect of letting some of the people responsible for the mistake being able to hide.
