I recognise it from Withnail and I: Richard E. Grant's "Withnail" shouts it at a bunch of schoolgirls from the passanger seat of the Jaguar motor car he and Paul McGann's "I" had previously procured from Withnail's very homosexual uncle Monty. But I'm sure it crops up in other films too.
