If I were to delete all my emails including the ones in my folders are they gone forever or is there a way of getting them back. Thanks

If you simply 'delete' them to your Trash folder, you've got 30 days to restore them. If you delete them from there, they've gone forever unless, possibly, you can convince Google that someone hacked into your account and deleted them, in which case they might try to help you get them back.
