Cooking Brownies In Cup-Cakes...

Its a packet mix, and haven't got a baking tray with sides, will it be OK to use the ones that you use to make cakes in?

Have to bake tonight, as need them for tomorrow morning. Ta.

Hi,

If you mean can you use the paper cases used to make cup cakes, yes that should work (though it all depends on the mix). Just reduce the cooking temperature by 5 degrees and halve the baking time. Then, if they need a little more baking, return them to the oven and check every 5 minutes until they're done.
