I have minimised something there - how can I get it back. Was told some time ago but forget.

Click the box next to the x top right

Press the icon in top right hand corner. Then press 'reset to default'

sorry HC - it is in an icon down below - the x you refer to is mini and maxi - when I minimised it - don't know where it went

If you hover over the icon below, does it appear "mini" above the icon?

Or use alt + tab to cycle through open windows.

If you haven't seen the window through either of these methods, you probably closed the program it and need to open it again.

For instance I have just minimised this site - goes to the bottom with no identification of where

Just click on your Chrome/Firefox/IE icon if that's at the bottom and your page should reappear

right - I have looked/followed - it seems to go into a wee icon like a world but think somebody told me it was "fox sitting on an orange ball". I'll know again if that happens
