Ah yes, from the description I did not connect it with the so called water fight at the Serpentine turning nasty incident.
It does appear that there is an element of anarchists, agitators and professional protestors working to cause violent disturbances. Let us hope that the police have intelligence and are working to counter the plans.

// All arrested rioters should be dealt with the same as terrorists, and when arrested given harsh sentences.//
no ! worse much worse than terrorists. Shoot them on sight !
especially if it is dark and you cant see them !
oops that was why they were rioting in the first place - an unarmed scumbag was shot on sight
kinda circular argument - but hey this is AB so no one will notice !

hey PP did I miss the point in time when policing in London was handed over to the Chicago PD?
black lives matter campaigners in the UK state they are campaigning for black people who have died at the hands of police in this country.
but
in the UK, since the turn of the century there have been 33 deaths ascribed to police action, on average 2 for every year of the 2000s. even though several of these have been high profile cases - mark duggan, azelle rodney, ian tomlinson, jean-charles de menezes, etc, the situation in this country bears no comparison with the situation in the US. of those 33, only around half of the victims were black, so "the rest" - about half, including jean-charles de menezes - aren't worth campaigning for.
