Hi there, i was recently charged at the police station for Section 4 Public Order. I can remember very little of the event as i was very drunk but this is what the police told me in interview: i was removed from a bar by door staff for misbehaving and once outside i attacked the door staff hitting two of them. The police arrived and i was pepper sprayed and arrested. I was originally arrested for assualt x2 but this was dropped as the door staff did not wish to press charges (the reason why was not explained). My solicitor told me i would likely be released NFA or given a fixed penalty notice. But the custody sergeant decided to charge me with Section 4 public order and gave me a court date.
I have previous for violent disorder in 2011 were i recieved a 2 year prison sentence. Since serving my time i have not been arrested or committed any offences until now July 2016.
I have worked for the past 3 years and i am currently in a comfortable job of 16 months.
I wondered if anybody knows a rough idea of what i will be sentenced to if i plead guilty ?
Thankyou.

Also i gave a No Comment interview on the advice from my solicitor as we was not shown any CCTV and my lack of knowledge of the event.
None of us can predict the judge's decision.
Steer clear of alcohol, it obviously doesn't suit you.
