Eggheads Shouldn't Be Given Clues

When asked which poet was responsible for a poem, Eggheads asked if it was in lower case...Jeremy Vine said yes, so of course the answer had to be ee cummings...that was really helping the Eggheads...not on!!!

It was doubly wrong for the team to ask and Jeremy Vine to tell them but seeing as BBC radio and television will soon be known as the jeremy Vine show, it doesn't surprise me.

Probably just the Egghead showing off. They all have a speciality - like Daphne pretends she doesn't know, then always "guesses" the correct answer.

Long time since I watched Eggheads and I only saw this as I was trying to avoid Olympics.
However, It made me think if this is a regular occurrence which didn't get edited out this time
