Disappointed at the result as I preferred the Highgate team and didn't like the captain of the other team because she prefaced everything with 'so' - a pet hate of mine! I thought the walls were very hard this time, particularly the first one.
Does anyone know why a bell rings throughout the programme? Probably been asked before but I've missed it.

I managed two levels on each of the walls but yes they were hard this week.

Just come in from a fund-raising meeting (fuming about missing 'Only Connect') and tried to watch it on the black box. It tells me that it is not available. SOB!!!! :( Anyone know why ---- and when I will be able to see it?

Just checked and Only Connect is on catch-up - probably you've found it already. Don't know how long a gap there is between a programme being on 'live' and on 'catch up'.

Weren't the novels by Daphne du Maurier?
