In the visitor centre on the canal today. As usual I have to go and pick my mate up from Thornbury, so will be away early.

I haven't been out yet, but it's windy, His lordship has not gone far tonight.

Wonderful day out yesterday, at Dyffryn Gardens. The herbaceous borders were at their best...simply stunning...why can't my garden look like that !

Some more Golds overnight from Rio.....Britain certainly punches far above its weight. Well dine Sir Wiggo, and his mates !
