Flying over Orlando is a great buzz...you can fly over "the mouse house" for about 100 USD. Check out the airfields in Kissimmee (about 10 miles from Disney). Also NASA is worth a visit.

Don;t forget SeaWorld, and if you're a golfer there are fantastic Disney-run golf courses all around the area. Not cheap but they will rent you all the gear.

Definatley head down to Tampa o go to Bush Gardens, it's part of the sea world company and it's an amazing safari park with a very up to date theme park included. Excellent fun both for those who love the fast rides and those who like a quiet stroll around the zoo.
