Electrolux Cooker.

Keeps on cutting out at 180deg, have changed the thermostat. Any ideas as to the problem?

Normal temperature control of the cooker is achieved via the thermostat and there will almost certainly be a thermal cut-out which operates at a higher temperature – to protect the cooker in the event of a fault. Normal temperature control of the cooker is achieved via the thermostat and there will almost certainly be a thermal cut-out which operates at a higher temperature – to protect the cooker in the event of a fault.
Based on you post, it is likely that this thermal cut-out is operating at a lower temperature than it should. It may be that the cut-out is faulty, or it could be that it has moved out of position, and is now too close to a heating element within the cooker.

To gain access to the thermal cut-out you will have to remove covers – it might be a bit hit & miss as to which cover(s) to remove.
Normally the cut-outs use spade terminals so the electrical connections can be made by hand – with the device held in place by a couple of screws.
Make sure the cooker is isolated before removing any covers; besides isolating at the kitchen switch, consider pulling the relevant consumer unit fuse/breaker for added safety.
