his brother and failing that it would go back to any uncle or male issue as this dukedom is a male-only one. In the Grosvenor's case, they would probably have to go back to the 2nd Duke and his first daughter, Ursula, and trace through the line there, as Dukes 2 and 3 were childless. The descendants of Ursula live in the USA,Oz and the UK.
