Well do you owe them money? Lowell can be quite persistant and probably won't give up easily. They can put defaults etc on your credit file as well so if you have a decent credit rating, you may want to take this a bit more seriously and sort it out rather than ignoring.
Lowell is a legal Debt Collection Agency.

Have you had any indication from Lowell of the actual debt you are supposed to have incurred.?

I am assuming that you are an ex-customer of T-Mobile. Perhaps you owed money to T-Mobile when you left the company and the debt has been passed forward to Lowell for collection.

Well I don't understand how I could owe T-Mobile as they took it straight from my account
They say it's from when EE took T-Mobile but it's been going on for well over a year now and they only call and write
I'm tempted to ignore them - if they wanted it so bad they would have threatened me with the long arm of the law by now
I can't be the only ex T-Mobile customer
Have you not spoke to them when they call?

You know a lot of these letters would be computer generated alerting someone to call you.

I NEVER answe my phone if I don't recognise the number because I haven't had an accident and don't want to claim any ppi
Maybe write back to them then. Or email.
