Thank you Ellipsis ; yes it does tell a lot more, the fault lies with the rescuers, they could ave wiped his face down.
BUT!! why not a picture of an adult, don't they matter ? or an elderly person, woman or man, they only show the children to get sympathy. Every human in that circumstance are important. I just get fed up with seeing kids all the time.
I feel for all those people, old or young.

The rescuers, if you carried on watching, rushed off to rescue other children and put those in the ambulance too.

That's great. There are plenty of other photos of adults and old people and they don't get the attention. Perhaps it's because a five year old, born after the war started, is indisputably a completely innocent victim of that war.
