Old Building Dumfries

Anyone have any info on what this old building is/was in Dumfries.
It's on the opposite bank of the Nith river to Dock Park. It's red brick and terracotta mouldings with multiple windows. tIA

It is a former textiles factory. It presently holds some industrial units, body shops etc. There is talk of it being converted into apartments, given how nice the building is and its location it would be an excellent move.
