You know when you read of "celebrities" being photographed in good and bad light - are the paparazzi allowed to do this - or are the celebrities happy with being in the papers again - after all bad press is better than no press. What are views.

generally if you're out in public you can be photographed, though I think France has stricter laws. Celebrities know this. Sometimes they will actually alert photographers to their planned movements. However, others really hate it, since it prevents them from leaving their houses at all.

it is just I looked at Daniella Westbrook and she doesnt look one bit well that if it was me I wouldn't want to be photographed looking like that
