I would gladly sponsor Sandy but he's not doing it for a cause. He's doing it for himself.

Jack I think that sandy is well into his sixties and cares for a sister with the god forsaken dementia problem( I may be wrong). He has also lived in Belfast right through the "trouble" that only brushed most of our cheeks. I do not always see eye to eye with sandy but am convinced that he is a man of conviction and conscience he is also bitingly funny in a wry way. God speed and help the boy.

His sister's in a home now, Togo. That's why Sandy is able to do what he's doing.

Togo - his sister was put into care much to his reluctance some weeks ago. Also my presumption (Sandy will kill me) but he is near to 70 - so quite a mean feat for anybody of any age less than Sandy.

I do think he would have done this for himself only (my opinion entirely). A nice post Togo indeed.
