Name Dropping!!

Met up with friends in Evesham for lunch today. Went to an Italian restaraunt and who should be sitting there with his wife? Alistair McGowan. Apparently he was born in Evesham and goes to this restaurant quite regularly.
It just seems a bit strange seeing someone famous doing what you are doing!
For the record we had a superb meal, the best I have had in an Italian restaraunt.

OH and I had the same, very large king prawns (4) in a lovely sauce with garlic bread.
Then a flattened chicken breast with pancetta, roasted cherry tomatoes, roasted new potatoes in a dill type sauce, absolutely delicious.
Yes Murdo I did see what you did! And it was him not an impression of him!

Ive been in restaurants in Birmingham and Warwickshire and found myself sat next to, variously, Keith Bruce with Sam Allardyce, Karen Brady, Ron Atkinson, Nick Ross and that footballer...wossisname....father of Katie Price's eldest child. There's been a few more but my isn't fully functioning yet.
