My beloved and I are having a tapas evening:

We're doing Albóndigas (meatballs) in a tomato sauce, crispy baby calamari with paprika alioli, roasted figs with goat's Cheese and serrano ham and gambas al ajillo (prawns in sizzling garlic oil). Crusty bread to mop up, Aussie Merlot to wash it down.

Heinz Fajita Beanz/ * Spicy Chilli & Coriander Pinto Beans With Lime, two vegetable burgers and some chips. And Don Simon Apple & Raspberry juice.

Had thought about going out but just CBA, so a smorgasbord of whatever bits and bobs are dying in the fridge.
