In liquid form sent from someone at EBay, I have informed them but they have not replied, what shall I do, I paid with PayPal. The postman handed the parcel to me and apologised and I have taken photos.

Try contacting them again and say if they don't reply by Friday (or whenever) you will raise matter with ebay.

If the postman had apologised to you, do you know him to ask if he would put this in writing, if he will then contacted Ebay>>P.P. the seller should reimburse your money, don't let this drop.

Twr yes I know postman's name.He said if they wanted the package back just to leave a note on my door and he would pick it up.
I would get the postman to sign a letter to the effect before anything Tam, if the item was broke & the seller refuses to call / answer your requests then leave it to Ebay to sort out, I have done it myself irrespective of what people say about, Claims etc ( You have no chance ) that what I was told, they were wrong.

Go to the eBay Resolution Centre and open a case. You can open a case in Paypal too.
Quizproquo is correct on this, but I would give the seller another opportunity to reply first....after all, at this time of the year, they could be on hols for a few days.
Help and Contact is a tab at top of the page near your name. It leads you through problems. I would also mention that they are very helpful on the phone.
