The Archers Personal Appearances

Hi, i know this is not quite about radio, but since Archers fans will see i thought i would give it a go. Does anyone recall any cast members visiting their local events Fetes etc: if so i would love to hear, the more info the better ie Who, the event, location and date. Also any unusual TV or radio Appearances the actors made in connection with the Archers.

The actor who plays Brian Aldridge and his wife who is also in the programme have/had a B&B that my in-laws stayed at.

The Duchess of Cornwall, Pet Shop Boys and others have had cameo parts.

We saw the actor who plays Eddie Grundy making an appearance as Eddie, complete with hat with cow horns at the Royal Bath and West Show about thirty years ago. Also there was Anna Wing who was in Eastenders.
