If you're still having trouble, try keepvid (http://keepvid.com/)
It lets you download and keep video files from all those kind of sites like google video, youtube etc. rather than just saving the link.

thanks jenky. Chazza I have a PC (XP), i have right clicked everywhere and it only lets me download HTML not movie file. Where are YOU right clicking????

I use FLV player to download movies from Youtube.You then just copy and paste the URL into the player and it copies it.The only gripe I have is that you cannot play the video in full screen.
