I Am Taking Antibiotics At The Moment

or rather, I am not taking them! On the packet it says,

Take this medicine when your stomach is empty. This means an hour before food or two hours after food.

Take one four times a day.

I can't work it out. I've only had three today, just had the third one, and I can't have one before I go to bed because my stomach will not be empty.

Do I need to set my alarm?

If it was me I'd take one just before breakfast say 7 to 8am, 12am, 3pm and one just before supper.

It doesn't matter one jot if one of the tablets is not taken on an empty stomach.........whatever it says on the instructions.
