Buenchico have just downloaded the cc cleaner from the link you gave in another thread and when I go to open it I get a warning say this is an executable file and may contain virus etc - is it okay to ignore that or have I done something wrong? It seemed to download in a nano second by the way. Thank you

As long as you downloaded CCleaner from here, it's perfectly safe:

Any program which you download (such as web browser, audio editor, office suite, etc) will be an executable file and (if you've got it from somewhere dodgy) potentially harmful to your computer, so that warning is just a standard one which Windows always throws at you. You can safely ignore it when downloading from a reputable site.
