Vertigo Maybe?

.... So here I go again.. Wanting to avoid doctors but feel I may have no choice...

So Ive been experiencing.. nausea, lightheadedness (spacey), my head feels heavy on my body, I feel like I'm quivering (but cannot physically see me shaking) headache, general weakness...
This will be day 3, it gets worse.. Then better.. Then worse...
Does anyone have any idea what this may be before I visit the docs?

It sounds like a viral infection..........it does not have the characteristics of vertigo, which is a symptom, not a disease.
I know nothing about your past medical history, your age or any drug therapy that you may be taking.

My advice......Ibuprofen and monitor the situation.

Agree with sqad. I have had Vertigo (BPPV) and what you say does not describe how I felt Ellie.

No drugs, age 27.. A bit overweight but other than that I'm fit as a fiddle.. At least to the best of my knowledge anyway'

I've been to the doctors, also suggested a viral infection. Said it could last a week maybe longer. Prescribed me some anti sickness and something that should make me feel a little more balanced. Thanks guys x
