Problems With Virgin Broadband Solved
For the past week I have had an annoying problem with Virgin Broadband.
I kept getting a message "You have no internet connection"
Included in the message was an option to reconnect to the Internet.
However, the connection only lasted for a few minutes before I lost it.
This happened time and time again.
I phoned Virgin just now (2 AM),.
They identified the problem and re booted my modem from their end and the problem is solved.
I thought I would mention this in case anyone else has had a similar occurrence
