For the past week I have had an annoying problem with Virgin Broadband.
I kept getting a message "You have no internet connection"
Included in the message was an option to reconnect to the Internet.
However, the connection only lasted for a few minutes before I lost it.
This happened time and time again.
I phoned Virgin just now (2 AM),.
They identified the problem and re booted my modem from their end and the problem is solved.
I thought I would mention this in case anyone else has had a similar occurrence

Turning it off and then on again would probably have worked just as well ;-)

I tried turning it on and off several times but this did not make any difference, Buenchico.
Also disconnected the router for a few minutes and reconnected it but this did not work either.
I'm glad that Virgin helpline is open 24/7
I had a similar problem I now press the routers reset button once a month and have had no problem since.

Thank you catsrcool for your message. I have white Netgear router which doesn't appear to have a reset button, unfortunately.
Can tell me where to find it, please?
