I recently won an item on Ebay and paid immediately via PayPal, the value of it isn't much and I'm still waiting for the item to arrive. I have emailed the seller 3 times but no response. I wonder if I can get hold of the sellers phone number?

When should I start reporting this to Ebay and does PayPal refunds you if you did not revceive the item?

You can report a item not received after 10 days, Ebay will then contact the seller on your behalf to get your item sent or a refund.

You can also ask ebay to send you the sellers phone/address details via email.

Beswad - I had to send an itme back as it was faulty and they promised to send another and I have not received the goods - I did all that got their phone number etc - spoke nicely to them they promised to send the goods apologised etc.. I am 6 months later still waiting for the goods - and they are still trading on ebay -

Ebay will not help as they say it is too late to claim as it shows I did receive the goods...

I wish you good luck - call them as soon as possible
