Can anyone recommend anything to diminish hunger pangs? I've heard of a chewing gum that contains something that is supposed to work - anyone tried this?

By chewing your tummy gets ready for food because your brain has told it so, so when it doesn't get any it make you even more hungry.
I find that drinking a glass of water helps - are you on a diet or something?? it would help to know why you've got the hunger pangs in the first place cos if it's a diet nibbling on fruit and veg is ok...
or just cave in a get a big mac like i usually do!
