In the past month I've received two emails from Apple Store confirming purchases I have not made - I've never bought anything from them and have never had an account with them. The first was about a purchase of iTunes, and the one today was confirming a purchase of a Netflix subscription. Is this just a case of confusion on their part with someone with a similar name or something more sinister?
I've tried emailing them to no avail, and when I clicked on the 'Cancel/Manage Subscriptions' on the email today I got a Warning message. They cannot have my home address or phone number, but it's still unsettling. Anyone had a similar problem?

"when I clicked on the 'Cancel/Manage Subscriptions' on the email today " - so now you've confirmed that your email address exists and you can expect more spam because they will sell it on to other spammers. NEVER click on a link on an unsolicited email.
Delete anything like this. Just don't waste time on it. Certainly never open it. Most of us get this rubbish in our spam boxes.
I meant never open any links in them
