Fray Bentos Pies....

Just had a great trip down memory lane about fray bentos pies, my dad used to make them for me with chip pan chips. Also vesta meals we used to have paella or chow mien with crispy noodles. Can you remember them? Can you still get them?
Any others that you can remember that you used to eat?

Fray Bentos pies are still available but, unless my taste buds have matured or their quality has fallen, they dont taste as good as they used to. The vesta meals were the saviour of the bedsit generation. All Sauce, now discontinued, livened up many a slow cooker meal.

You can buy them a damn sight cheaper in discount stores.

Can you get the paella ones in discount stores as well jackdaw. The chow mein one seems to be about but not the others
