With these new tap on sale nowadays the inserted cap on the Top that has Hot / Cold on them, do not come off, unscrew the collier as far as it will unscrew, open the tap, then fire some WD 40 within & up into where the flow of water comes out, keep doing this for approx a Min, I sorted mine out, clever sod Eh?

Having difficulty seeing how squirting WD40 into the outflowing water stream will do much though. Perhaps post a link to your video ;-)
No Link OG, the top of these taps are sealed, that means you can not unscrew the tap top to get to the valve, you may be aware that valves stick due to Scale, as I've said, that's how I sorted this issue.
