i have noticed that when i excelerate the car pulls to the left any ideas what could be the cause

Another possible answer... If this only happens under extreme acceleration then it is 'torque steer'. On front wheel drive cars the driveshafts are often different lengths (by design) and hitting the accelerator hard makes the tyres scrabble for grip and the car will pull to one side.
