Ugly Modern Buildings

of all the modern buildings that have been built over the last few years the "walkie talkie "building to me is the most ugly in the UK, it missed out on the "ugly" award, just, by the Woolwich Central, coming first but i prefer "woolwich" over "walkie talkie",whats your view on this?
btw i'm a big fan of modern architecture

Personally I don't like either, London deserves better than this. Much prefer the Shard and 30 St Mary Axe or as it's affectionately known, the Gherkin.

Reflected sunlight from the wonky 'Walkie Talkie' melted parts of a car parked nearby. I'm told by City workers that the windows have now been treated with some substance to stop it happening again.

Just about any building , domestic or commercial built in the 1960s was an abhorrence. What a truly repugnant architectual decade that was.

We've not long had our bus station demolished. It was nicknamed 'the mouth to hell' it was very ugly inside and out....

They built a bus station near by...looks nice but it's not big enough to accommodate all the buses and created travel chaos for months...
