I have been a fan of the BBC Scottish comedy, "Still Game" for years, and now they are back ! Go to the BBC Iplayer and put Still Game into the search box.

I've just watched the first video 'Still Game: Best Moments' really? if that's the best moments I'd hate to suffer the rest, 11½ minutes out of my life wasted.
It's on a par with 'Mrs Browns Boys' it's just not funny!

I loved SG since it first broadcast and have all the DVDs. It's probably the greatest sitcom of the 21st century and whenever I have guests that need entertaining I put the dvds on. It's shocking how many people have never seen it.

The new episode is up to standard, definitely had me laughing out loud.

hc.....I watched it earlier this morning, on the iplayer, and enjoyed immensely.

Although I didn't really understand the end bit, with Winston and his brother.

But well up to standard I agree !

Winston had only seen his brother 4 times in 40 years, each when there was money to be had. A relative had recently died and Winston had come in to £4k and that's all the brother wanted.
Winston gave him the whole lot and told him never to contact him again.

The funniest scene of all the SGs for me is when they are in the airport with the bat and ball. It cracks me up every time, or even when I think about it

I thought that the original two young boys looked just like Jack and Victor !
