The wife's ipad is suddenly losing it's battery strength over the last two days, recharges fine though she's only a moderate user anyone know the reason/cure.....

Nothing left open, just been home and power drained from 96 >84 % with no usage this morning

As per Billy's post the battery section in settings will tell you what is using the battery; I imagine what woofgang means is what apps are open on the ipad, that is what shows up with a double click of the home button rather than anything left active on the screen.

yup, Fitzer is right, that’s what i meant...also is she getting push notifications from any apps? has she allowed any apps to use GPS
