The End Of My Typing

As the end of my typing is coming to an end (working from home) for a friend who has cancer - I am now looking for a few hours to work from home. Anybody enlighten me please.

Yes, I know about putting on boards on Universities etc but since we all know most of the kids do their own typing.

I am probably looking at the older ladies who haven't the time nor skills to type. Any ideas would be helpful. Thanks

Self employed tradesmen/women might give you work; correspondence/invoices/business cards/accounts. Or take/type minutes for local committees.

Whilst I did the typing for friend it wasn't actually for her - she started a typing job for a Doctor (not medical) and due to taking sick I finished it off for her.

Tambo - how would you even start to look for what you mention.

I am just after being on Gumtree but that kind of work is hard to find particularly home typing. And I guess most people can kind of type albeit sometimes not in a business fashion.

Beyond dissertations which have a strict format and authors who hand write I can't envisage much to make it worth your while.

Letters, invoices etc can be knocked up easily using templates.

student work might be an opportunity if your spelling and grammar is better than theirs.

Eccles not everyone has computers & templates. JJ ask around or advertise in shops. You could help elderly using computers & mobile phones.
