Tesco are free to boycott Unilever brands.
Unilever are free to not sell to Tesco more cheaply than to other supermarkets.

Of course Tesco could put Unilever brands on the shelf at a more expensive price and let the consumer decide if they want to pay it. They are not doing that because Tesco want to dictate prices, not be dictated to by a multi-national corporation. If they get Unilever to yield to them, Tesco will squeeze all the smaller producers hard. Tesco have picked a fight with the big boy, to intimidate the smaller ones.

Marmite is a commercial name for Yeast Extract. Tesco is still selling it's own brand. :-

So Unilever needs to increase prices due to the weakened pound caused by Brexit? (Unilever lobbied fervently for the Remainiacs, and even advised their staff  to vote that way) We must therefor assume that Unilever do not sell any products to the rest of the world, and consequently get a favourable exchange rate in that instance. Damned liars, it is just another manifestation of the churlish and peevish behaviour displayed by the Remoaners to cause as much dissonance as possible. I have taken out a personal boycott henceforth on all Unilever products and would advise anyone with Britain's interest at heart to do the same.

Unilever are a global Brand and manufacture in many Countries, hence their love of globalisation. It is a political ploy and should be seen as such, unless of course one is satisfied with their actions. They attempt to cow us by threatening price increases but do not admit that products sold outside of the UK, but produced here, will earn extra revenue.

If the British people refused to buy them we would show the greedy chancers who is in charge.
