Pet Hair

I have a long haired cat who, by rights, should be bald by now given the amount of hair he sheds! I have found a marvellous way of gathering this up from furniture and carpets by using a window squeegee. I was amazed at how much I collected even though it wasn't particularly visible on patterned items.

Will certainly give it a try! As you say, it is not always easily visible.

I find a damp cloth will work too.
I'm needing it now, took a tunic out of my freestanding Victorian wardrobe. My semi longhaired white cat had gotten in there....white hair all over the bottom of it.

Rubber gloves work brilliantly too

I use those little sponges with the scourer on one side - especially around the edges of the carpet and in the corners - scary what collects.

Pasta, if you put it in the tumble dryer for about ten minutes, the hair will come off.
