I Read Online That One Can Reclaim Package Accounts And Interest, Is This True?

A good few months back i upgraded my account to the platinum account as there was a £300 overdraught facility even though i was already in my banks overdraught i thought that the £300 would be added. It wasn't and i did want to cancel the card but was worried that if they killed the card i would be without money and as i'm not very mobile never did out of fear even though i was incurring the monthly card charge. I have never used their phone, car or holiday insurance in fact i have never used any of the features.

Can i complain and receive a refund?

Sorry tilly2. I expleained yesterday that i wanted to be known as Telly2 but was not wearing my glasses as partially blind a mistake was made. I will refer back to the thread with the advice about changing my name once i deal with the question if that's fine?

Thank you very much hc4361. I saw this fellow on the this morning breakfast program so assumed he could be trusted but just wanted to hear other viewers views before taking the plunge but am still unsure of what to say to the bank as am a little shy on these issues.

From the limited information you have provided I suggest you claim you were mis-sold this package because it would give the advantage of an extra £300 overdraft which you didn't get.
I don't know how old you are but it will help your case no end if you are too old for the car and/or holiday insurance.
