I saw Chrissie Hynde on the One Show tonight. She seemed quite nice. I met her twice many years ago. The first time I met her she was horrible to me and the next time I met her she was OK. Still, she is a fantastic singer. This is my favourite Pretenders song

I like her too, seemed a bit scatty on the show - but then I like scatty, suits me.

Yes, she seems to have mellowed. She was vile when I first met her.

I would love to write a book about the people I have met over the last 31 years I dare not because I don`t want to be sued. All I can say is that some of the people who the public love can be horrible and those that you think can be horrible can turn out to be really nice.

That's the truth, I've met some - my late Husband was in a band and yes you see the other side quite a lot but as you say often 'least said soonest mended'.

Still fun to recall though.
